Good exercise with you bike Jul 18, 2010 It came almost completely assembled. I had the bike on it and tested within minutes. Nice to be able to take the bike off on nice days to ride outside and quick to put back on if it is raining outside.
Great for starting back exercising. Jul 10, 2010 I am trying to start back exercising again and I bought a new bicycle. My schedule keeps me pretty busy, so I do not get a chance to ride my bike as much as I would like. This trainer was just what I needed to help me start back exercising. The trainer helps me get an evening, late night or early morning exercise in without having to worry about lighting or weather conditions. The trainer creates a minimum amount of noise, but not enough to irritate me from listening to music or watching television while using.
The product arrived a day earlier than expected, which allowed me to set it up just before I hit the road for travel. I would recommend this product for anyone getting back into the game and wants basic trainer capability.
PLEASE DO'NT BUY THIS!!!!! Jun 30, 2010 The Bell trainer was around my price range and read other reviews for this so give it a try it's very loud even with road tirers. Switch my bike gears to low and still loud high gear even WORST. I just send it back the same day.
Works Well Jun 30, 2010 Easy to set up and worked well with my bike. My bike has large protruding tire tread so it did make a lot of noise. However, it accomplished what I wanted it to.

Inexpensive Bike Trainer = EXCELLENT and perfect for knee rehab Jun 14, 2010 Great price compared to other bike trainers. This is an equally great product because of ease of use (Used my Trek FX 7.1 on it), durability, and compact with easy stowaway if not in use. Note: It's not silent or quiet while in use, but rather like the sound of a fan or radio volume level 5-7.
