Bases are good Aug 22, 2010
These bases are great to throw in the backyard. I got orange ones, and they do fade fast if you leave them outside for a few days. But, thats not a big deal. I would recommend

I bought these and now we take them to the park every time we go, as the children love playing baseball with their own diamond. The beauty of them is that you can set them up anywhere, in a back yard or grass park or on tarmac. The diamond can be as big or as small as you like so can be adjusted to suit the age of the children or adults playing. I am very glad that I bought this set and I am sure that they will last us for the rest of our lives! The set is made of durable rubber so can't blow away but it is a little heavy, at least for me. So I always put the set in the basket of our stroller with our balls and bats to take to the park, that works perfectly.

My 5 year old grandson loves the bases. He feels like his backyard is a baseball field. All the neighborhood boys love coming to his backyard now.

I use these for my family home daycare. The kids love them and I feel it is helping them learn skills they will use later on, by showing them where to stand and the importance of touching each base as they run around.
